Namaste! My name is Sujal Magar. I live in Surunga, Jhapa in East Nepal. I am 18 years old.
In the last seven days of the “Love In Action” football coaching programme, I have received many teachings from coach Pranish. Not only about football but I also learnt about the need to respect others and more importantly, about the love of God and the life of Jesus Christ.
Through “Love In Action”, I realised many things about myself. There were negative things that I did and my behaviour towards others had not been right. I experienced may failures in life but through this programme, I had a better understanding of the gospel. I wanted to apply these positive lessons in my life. I want to change for the better, with God’s help.
I would like to thank coach Pranish for bringing to us these valuable lessons that had made my life more fulfilling. Before I attended “Love In Action”, I was a very proud and arrogant person. Through the encouragement and teaching from coach Pranish, I am slowly changing my attitude and behaviour. During the follow up programme, I was encouraged when coach Pranish shared that he was seeing positive changes in my life.
I want to be humbler and kinder. I am still asking lots of questions that will give me the knowledge to strengthen my belief that I can and will change for the better.
