I first heard about God and began attending activities at Sanphranet Methodist Church while working at a pig farm in Sanphranet, San Sai District, Chiang Mai. When the pig farm eventually closed, my family and I moved back to our hometown in Ban Lang Tho, Hot District. Around that time, Mae Pa Phai Methodist Church was newly planted.
My son was the first in our family to believe in Christ, but his commitment did not take deep root. At that time, my husband was a heavy drinker, and I drank too—often out of spite. There was no peace in our home, only constant tension and unhappiness.
When I started attending church more regularly, I felt God’s love so deeply. I came to realise that I was a sinner in need of a Saviour. I longed for true peace, so I made the decision to follow Jesus. I tried to share this newfound faith with my husband, but he was not open to it. Even so, he no longer objects to my church involvement, and I continue to pray for him faithfully.
Since coming to faith, I have experienced God’s grace and love in many ways. Here are three areas where His transforming power has been especially evident:

1. Improved Health I used to drink almost every day, and my health was deteriorating. I frequently quarrelled with my husband. One day, a pastor encouraged me to take my faith seriously by starting with attending church regularly and quitting alcohol. I had tried to quit before but always failed. This time, I asked God for help. Thank God, with His strength and the support of the church, I stopped drinking completely. My health has since improved significantly.
2. Provision of a Motorcycle I never imagined I would one day own a motorcycle. For a whole year, I remained faithful in attending church, serving wherever I could, and giving generously, even when I had little. I used to depend on others for transport. But I continued to pray and stay faithful, and God answered my prayer. He provided a motorcycle, and now I can travel to church freely and joyfully.
3. Daily Work and Provision God has never failed to provide for my daily needs. He has blessed me with work each day and prospered my small efforts in raising animals. Truly, He is my Provider.
Today, even though my husband has yet to open his heart to God, I have peace. I believe that, in time, God will work a miracle in him too. Every time I help with cleaning, cooking, or church activities, I feel a deep joy and sense of purpose.
A Bible verse that I hold close to my heart is: “For nothing will be impossible with God.” (Luke 1:37, ESV)
I truly believe that what man cannot do, God can. He hears my prayers and continues to walk with me.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my testimony. May it glorify God and bring encouragement to your heart. God bless you!
