FAITHFUL THROUGH EVERY TRIAL

I would like to share my testimony because the Lord has been so good to me.
I came to know the Lord three years ago, and I thank God for the day I encountered Him. Even though I have faced problems in my life after becoming a believer, I am not discouraged because I know God is with me. I trust Him to work out His purpose in my life.
I have diabetes and a heart condition, and there was a time when my husband also fell very ill. Both of us were so sick that we had no choice but to stop working. We had no income, and I was deeply worried about how our family would survive, especially since we have a daughter to provide for. During that time, I prayed earnestly to the Lord. I believed that God might be testing me to strengthen my faith and help me trust Him more. I kept praying every day, asking for His help.
I thank God for answering my prayers and providing for our needs. Indeed, He knows what we need and never abandons us when we pray. In November 2024, after our health improved, God provided jobs for both my husband and me. Praise the Lord for His provision! We are now able to work and support our family.
In December 2024, I faced another challenging time. My mother, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law all fell ill. I had to care for them, bringing them food and medication while traveling between two locations. It was exhausting, but I continued to pray for God’s help. Once again, He was faithful and answered my prayers. My mother and brother-in-law recovered, and with the support of the church, I was able to afford transportation to bring my mother-in-law from the province to stay with us so we could care for her.
One day, Satan tried to oppress me, telling me that if I believed in Jesus Christ, I would die. I cried out to God for help, and He gave me the courage and boldness to stand firm. I told Satan that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Saviour, and that Satan is already defeated and will lose in the end. God gave me strength and peace.
I want to encourage all my brothers and sisters to believe and trust in God. You will be saved, and you will become a child of God. He is always with us and answers our prayers.
My prayer for 2025 is that God will bless my family with stable jobs so that we can continue to give offerings to Him. I also pray that my brothers and sisters in Christ will be filled with God’s love and joy in their lives. Amen.

Dear Lun Srey Mach, I am much encouraged by your testimony . Praise God for watching over you, husband and family members. We thank the Lord that He provides. You have shared about how He had done that for your family. I had visited The Third Place recently. I chatted with your pastor and Carol Loh.
